Combination of fish, shrimp, beef and chicken mixed with snow peas, mushrooms, black ear mushrooms, carrots and glass noodles in red spicy hot broth. Topped with cilantro, Sichuan peppercorns and chili peppers. Served over clear noodles.
C4. Sichuan Double Cooked Pork 回鍋肉
Pork belly thinly sliced and simmered in ginger and salt to produce an incredibly flavorful and tender portion. It is then stir fried in hot oil with peppers, cabbage and leeks then tossed in broad bean sauce.
